Established in 2000, Native Angels Homecare Agency, Inc. is a new generation of healthcare services committed to providing quality holistic healthcare and coordinated services to our patients.

By providing a full spectrum of holistic healthcare, we empower individuals in our community to make informed health decisions that will have a positive impact on the quality of their lives and their family’s lives. Native Angels is locally owned and operated by Bobbie Jacobs-Ghaffar and Lesa Jacobs who combine for over 40 years of experience in meeting the unique health and human services needs of this region.

In addition to our Personal Care Services, we offer Home Health (Skilled Nursing, PT, OT, Speech Therapy), Hospice, HIV Case Management and Mental Health Services.

Native Angels also believes strongly in giving back to the community, by supporting and sponsoring numerous events and activities, with a special interest in the youth through our Angel Elite Sports Program.
