When you become aware that you have a life-limiting illness, Native Angels Hospice can help.
How does someone get Hospice Care?
Simply call our referral line at 866-483-0694.Anyone may request information.You are never under any obligation to receive hospice care.
Where is care provided?
Most patients and families are served in the comfort of their homes or in nursing facilities.
Do I have to give up my primary physician?
No! Native Angels Hospice works with your primary physician. If you do not have a local physician,we can provide you with one.
Who pays for Hospice?
Native Angels accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurance companies.When possible Native Angels will no deny care regardless of ones ability to pay.
What services are included?
Registered Nurse available 24/7 every day of the year, Medical Social Services, Home Health Aides, Chaplains, Medical Equipment, Medical Director, Hospice Pharmacist, Bereavement Support and so much more.
What happens if I get better?
You may stop hospice care whenever you choose. If your illness progresses you may return to Native Angels Hospice at any time.
